Home and Auto Insurance experienced Virtual Assistant

Looking for a vitual Assistant that has experience with Insuances tasks such as taking new customer information & preparing personal lines (home & auto) quotes, taking payments, creating certificates of insurance and taking claims. Knowledge of EZLynx, NowCerts and Erie insurance are a plus. Working times are Monday-Friday 8:30a - 5:30p. I want a long term assiistant with very good English and confidence in talking to customers.
