We are not looking for a designer. We are looking for a specialist familiar with building a PPC and Local SEO structure to dominate our local area.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a PPC and Google Ad Specialist with hands-on experience in optimizing pay-per-click campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving traffic, increasing conversions, and growing the company’s online presence.


Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and Video ads across multiple client accounts.

* Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.

* Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad copy to improve campaign performance and meet client goals.

* A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better performance.

* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using Google Analytics and Google Ads.

* Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver effective PPC strategies that drive success.

* Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 1-2 years), with a solid understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) best practices.

* Google Ads Certification: Google Ads certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred.

* Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance metrics.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present results and strategies.

* Tools: Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and other PPC tools is a plus.

* Attention to Detail: Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot issues in campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
