Home Health Therapy Manager

Manage referrals, compliance, and support to our PT's/OT's/ST's. We are looking for someone with a clinical background (can be RN, OT, PT or ST). If you have experience with EMR's (TherapyBoss) that is a plus. Room for growth in this position as the company continues to grow.
