Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality home health services. Based in the Philippines, this role will focus on ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations while assisting in quality improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare operations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Support
- Assist in monitoring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations in the home health sector.
- Track changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
- Support audits and inspections, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Quality Assurance Assistance
- Help collect and analyze quality metrics to assess service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective action plans and monitor progress.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and quality activities.
- Prepare regular reports for management on compliance status and quality improvement initiatives.
Training and Support
- Assist in training staff on compliance requirements, company policies, and quality protocols.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or a related administrative role.
Familiarity with home health or healthcare operations is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with international healthcare teams or companies.
Knowledge of quality frameworks and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO, ACHC, or Joint Commission).
Certification in compliance or quality management is a plus.
