It is ideal if you have already worked with a cleaning business and have experience using Booking Koala

Your tasks will include the following:
- Answering inbound phone calls to book new customers or handle customer inquiries
- Answer inbound text messages and handle customer inquiries
- Confirm customers the day before their cleaning schedule
- Customer Experience Rep to provide them with the best cleaning experience
- Follow systems and procedures accurately

Of course, it would be required for you to be:
- Coachable
- Loyal to the company
- Perform tasks quickly
- Go above and beyond in the company
- And be a team player
