Home Care Appointment Setter

We are seeking a goal-oriented Appointment Setter to schedule pre-qualified care assessments with families in need of home care services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands how to pre-qualify leads, ensuring that only serious prospects move forward in the process.

Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service (preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services).
???? Excellent communication & persuasion skills – Ability to build rapport over the phone.
???? Strong organizational skills – Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
???? Understanding of home care services (or willingness to learn quickly).
???? Experience using a CRM (preferred but not required).
???? Self-motivated and goal-driven – Comfortable working independently to hit targets.
???? Ability to handle objections & educate prospects on home care solutions.
A plus if you speak Spanish (not required)
