We are seeking a new home care agency seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our home care agency and multiple business ventures. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, marketing, and research support while assisting with day-to-day business operations. This role requires someone who can think outside the box, adapt quickly, and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred if you have worked with other home care agencies or healthcare companies
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle
• Maintain organized digital files and business records
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
• Provide administrative support for client scheduling and communication
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and EVV
Marketing Support:
• Assist with social media management, content creation, and engagement
• Research industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
• Support outreach efforts to grow brand visibility and client base
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance metrics

Business & Research Assistance:
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth
• Assist with grant applications, business proposals, and funding opportunities
• Research potential partnerships and business development strategies
• Compile data and insights for strategic decision-making
• Support daily operational needs and special projects as required
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative, marketing, or research role
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Research and analytical skills with the ability to present findings effectively
• Knowledge of home care software or willingness to learn (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
