Historical Researcher and Photo Collector for YouTube Channel

About Us:
We run a YouTube channel dedicated to sharing old photography and historical photos, diving deep into the stories and moments behind each image. Our channel is rooted in the history niche, and we’re looking for a dedicated full-time team member with a passion for history and visual storytelling.

Role Overview:
We’re searching for a motivated, detail-oriented researcher to support our content creation by gathering historical photographs, videos, and in-depth research information. This role is essential to our team, providing accurate context, dates, and captivating captions that bring history to life for our viewers.

Responsibilities:

* Daily Research: Collect and curate 100-150 historical photographs and videos per day for use in YouTube content.

* Historical Context: Research background information on the photos, including dates, events, and people, to create accurate and engaging captions.

* Content Discovery: Source photos across various platforms, including publications, social media (Facebook, Twitter), archives, and other reliable resources.

*Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our team to ensure alignment on project needs, deadlines, and content quality.
Requirements:

* Proven experience in historical research, especially within the context of photography and digital content.
Strong skills in sourcing and verifying images across multiple platforms and archives.

* High attention to detail with the ability to accurately caption and attribute photos.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate smooth team collaboration.

* A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
Eagerness to contribute to a growing channel and passion for making history accessible to a broad audience.

Working Hours:
5am EST to 12pm EST, 5 days per week

Salary:
$300-$500 per monthly based on experience
