Responsibilities:
-Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and laws in the short-term rental industry.
-Customer Service Excellence: Provide an exceptional experience for guests, ensuring a seamless booking and stay.
-Vendor Coordination: Work closely with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to maintain property standards.
-Communication with Staff: Ensure properties are guest-ready by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
-Property Setup & Organization: Order and organize furniture and supplies for rental properties as needed.
-Airbnb Listing Management: Oversee the setup and operations of listings, making regular updates and pricing adjustments

Requirements:
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, etc.)
-Ability to manage vendors and service providers effectively
-Knowledge of local short-term rental laws and regulations
-Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
