**Job Title:** Hiring Manager – Network Technicians

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hiring Manager with a strong background in leadership and expertise in hiring network technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet our organization's networking and IT support needs. This role requires a thorough understanding of technical hiring processes, a proven track record in leadership, and familiarity with industry-leading networking technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for network technician roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract highly skilled network technicians.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define job requirements and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future staffing needs.
- Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and evaluations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and networking technology advancements to enhance recruitment processes.
- Foster a positive candidate experience to reinforce the organization’s employer brand.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Completion of a one-year technical school program or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a technical or hiring-focused environment.
- CTC Tier 2 Certification.
- Completion of CTC Leadership Training.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Hands-on experience with networking technologies and products from Nomadix, Aruba Networks, Cisco, or Ruckus Networks.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and evaluate candidates for technical roles effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing hiring metrics and optimizing recruitment strategies.
