???? Hiring: Google Ads Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

???? About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to set up, optimize, and manage ad campaigns that drive high-quality leads and conversions. You’ll work on creating, managing, and scaling PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube to maximize ROI.

???? Responsibilities:
? Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
? Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
? Write high-converting ad copy and recommend landing page improvements
? Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
? Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager & GA4
? Provide performance reports and suggest scaling strategies

????? Required Skills & Experience:
???? Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns (lead generation preferred)
???? Strong understanding of PPC bidding strategies & audience targeting
???? Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup
???? Experience with landing page optimization & A/B testing
???? Excellent data analysis & reporting skills

???? Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in remarketing, audience segmentation & automation
? Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
? Ability to create YouTube Ads & Performance Max campaigns
