New West Publishing is a dynamic and fast-growing 7-figure brand in the Amazon KDP space. We specialize in delivering high-quality content and are now seeking a talented PPC Operator to join our team and support our PPC Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Job Description:
As our PPC Operator, you will be responsible for helping to optimize and continually improve our Amazon PPC campaigns, as well as launching new ones and updating KPI spreadsheets. You will work closely with the PPC Manager, Isaac De Ungria, to develop and execute strategies that enhance our PPC performance, focusing on maximizing ad sales and maintaining an efficient ACoS. You are expected to work 9 hours per day in total but your schedule is flexible. These 9 hours can be completed at any time during the 24 hour day (no strict shift). This will be a long-term role with lots of future work because the company is quickly expanding. There will also be room for growth in the company to become a PPC manager if you can show you have strategic expertise to improve the performance of the PPC account.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, focusing on generating sales and/or improving organic ranking within the acceptable ACoS range.
2. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and sales and generate new sales. Also analyze organic rankings of important keywords and identify areas for improvement using Helium 10.
3. Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. Also provide daily progress report to the PPC Manager to indicate what was worked on.

4. Independence: Although you will work closely with the PPC Manager, you must have the ability to work independently without supervision.

Requirements:
1. Proven 2+ years’ experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a track record of successful performance.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in handling challenging PPC situations.
4. Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with a remote team.
5. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
6. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of PPC and digital marketing.
7. Expert in analyzing and increasing organic keyword ranking using Helium 10.
(Bonus). This is not mandatory, but if you have experience with KDP accounts, it is preferred.

Working Hours:
You will be working 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday. As mentioned in the job description, the working hours are flexible and there is no strict shift as long as you complete the 9 hours per day. An End of Day Report is expected at the end of every shift, outlining what was accomplished during the shift and what tasks are planned for the next one.

Pay:
Starting pay for this position is $1200/month with room for growth into a PPC Manager position over time. PPC Managers have salaries of up to $1800/month + % profit share in the company. Salary for all employees is paid out on a weekly basis, meaning you get paid 4 times per month.

Note: You must work exclusively for the company and cannot have employment elsewhere. This is not an agency but an actual e-Commerce business.
