We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress expert to manage and maintain a directory site built on WordPress. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling administrative assistant tasks. If you are not proficient in WordPress or has only used the basics of this tool, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who is an expert.


Key Responsibilities:

- WordPress Management – Site updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and light customer support related to the platform.

- General Executive Assistance– Supporting daily operations, handling emails, scheduling, and other admin tasks.

- CRM & Data Entry – Managing and inputting data efficiently.

- Light Social Media Work – Basic content posting and engagement.

- Very Light Customer Support – Assisting users with minor WordPress-related issues.


Ideal Candidate:

- Expert in WordPress – This is the top priority.

- Organized and proactive in administrative support.

- Familiar with CRM tools and data management.

- Some experience with social media is a plus.

- Comfortable with light customer interactions.


This part-time opportunity offers 10-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling in EST hours. We pay weekly at a competitive rate $6/hour.
