Requirements:
5+ years of high-ticket sales experience (real estate, finance, investments, or similar).
Proven closing record – We need a dealmaker, not just a talker.
Sharp negotiation & objection-handling skills – Can turn a "No" into a "Yes."
Experience with CRM tools & pipeline management.
