Are you a proven closer who loves the thrill of turning warm leads into booked calls? Do you have experience in high-ticket sales and know how to pre-qualify serious buyers? If so, keep reading…

We are a top-tier business coaching & consulting firm that helps private practice owners scale past £10K+ months and build thriving businesses. We generate a constant flow of warm, high-quality leads, but we need YOU to step in and book them into our sales pipeline.

Your Role:
Engage & qualify inbound leads from our CRM (HighLevel) via DMs, emails & quick calls.
Pre-screen leads to ensure they are serious, ready to invest, and a good fit.
Book only high-intent prospects into our sales calendar, no time wasters!
Follow up persistently, you’ll turn "maybe" into "YES, I’m ready to book!"
Communicate via Slack with the team & report daily progress.

Compensation (Uncapped Earnings!):
Base Pay: $6/hour (Low base, keeps you hungry!)
Commission: $30 per qualified booked call that attends.
Bonuses: $100 of closed sales when your booked call converts (BIG money potential!)

Who We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in high-ticket appointment setting ($3K+ offers).
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM & Slack communication (or quick to learn).
Fast, proactive, and persistent, you don’t take "no" easily.
A natural communicator & problem solver who can handle objections.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) with a friendly but persuasive tone.

Hours & Commitment:
Part-time, 15-20 hours per week.
Completely remote, flexible schedule.
Daily check-ins & performance tracking.
