Job Title: High Ticket Closer for International Video Production Company

Location: (Remote work with international outreach)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly trained Sales, HR, or Procurement professional to join our dynamic team as a High Ticket Closer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating and closing high-ticket sales, with the ability to manage leads effectively and engage with potential clients on a global scale. Previous experience working in a creative agency is highly desirable, as it will help you better understand and articulate the value of our video production services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients worldwide, effectively communicate our value proposition, and establish strong relationships.
Sales Closure: Handle the sales process from initial contact to finalizing high-ticket deals. Close sales by presenting compelling video production solutions and demonstrating how they meet client needs.
Meeting Setup: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present our video production services, discuss their needs, and tailor proposals accordingly.
Hot Leads Management: Identify and prioritize hot leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably within the B2B sector. Previous experience working for a creative agency is highly desirable.

Skills: Exceptional sales skills with a strong ability to close high-value deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Fluency: Must be fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Global Reach: Comfortable contacting and engaging with companies and individuals across various countries and time zones.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with video production and an understanding of how high-quality film production can impact business outcomes is a plus.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own lead generation, and drive results in a remote working environment.
