High-Powered Virtual Assistant: Video Editing & Project Coordination with Trello.

I’m William Huffman, heading up a high-performing real estate team with RE/MAX Results—A Good Life Group—based in Loring Park, Minneapolis. We’re expanding and seeking a top-tier Virtual Assistant who can handle two critical functions. First, we need a skilled video editor capable of taking raw footage—YouTube videos, podcasts, and more—and transforming it into polished, professional content. This role also involves cutting those videos into clips, reels, and short-form pieces suitable for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Second, we’re looking for someone to build, organize, and maintain our Trello boards, ensuring our workflows, tasks, and deadlines stay streamlined and efficient.

We don’t mind whether one superstar does both jobs or if you only excel in one area—if you’re damn good at what you do, we want to hear from you. This position is full-time (around 40 hours per week) from roughly 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. You’ll need to communicate fluently in English and be comfortable using Slack and email to stay connected with our team. Pay will be discussed privately if needed.
