Job Description:
Hi there! I’m hiring a Kajabi and funnel expert to help optimize my business’s conversion rates at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for auditing, strategizing, and implementing funnel improvements across my free resources and paid sleep programs. Your expertise in Kajabi and funnel optimization should drive a higher baseline of sales from organic marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement
-Extensive and expert knowledge of Kajabi (both strategic and technical implementation)
-Experience analyzing funnel performance and using data to drive decisions
-Ability to optimize email sequences, sales pages, order bumps, upsells, and social proof
-Proficiency with strong copywriting knowledge for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
-Ability to record implementation steps for training purposes
-Experience with Google Analytics
-Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth
-Creative thinker
-Autonomous in ability to manage tasks
-Excellent time management skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:
-Conduct a full audit of my funnels to identify areas for improvement
-Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing all free resources and paid sleep program funnels
-Implement changes in Kajabi, including email sequences, landing pages, and sales pages
-Optimize lead magnets, follow-up emails, order bumps, and upsells
-Improve sales page performance through social proof, testimonials, and strong CTAs
-Record backend Kajabi processes so I can learn how to make future changes independently
-Provide ongoing recommendations and updates based on performance analytics
-Hours required will depend on scope of work and what is agreed

COMPENSATION:
