WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're a fast growing brand looking to hire a self-motivated, detailed, and intelligent individual to both grow our Amazon business and grow their own career at the same time. You'll work directly with our CEO. In particular, you'll be taking ownership and will be responsible for the following two things:

1. Create, manage, and optimize our Amazon advertising campaigns with the main goal of driving sales. We are willing to sacrifice some ACOS for the sake of increasing our sales volume and our organic rank for our products. You MUST be experienced and have a proven track record of effective Amazon advertising.

2. Create, manage, and optimize our Amazon listings. You WILL NOT be required to create our listing imagery or A+ content, we have people to do this already. You'll just be asked to upload and maintain the information upon request. However, we WILL ask you to help optimize keywords in our title, bullet points, and descriptions.

COMPENSATION
We offer competitive pay between $6 and $15 per hour with bonuses every month based on sales performance. Sales performance will be measured based on sales volume. We will calculate average baseline sales volume based on the previous 3 months. Sales volume increases of 10%, 200%, etc. above the baseline will have corresponding bonuses. If the company succeeds, you succeed!

ONBOARDING
We won't expect you to do everything right from the beginning. You'll work with our CEO to onboard and get familiar with our products, our industry, and our business. However, we do expect that you have the necessary skills as outlined above, and the ability to learn new skills quickly :)
