High-CTR YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We're looking for a talented full-time YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our growing team! The Kevin Stratvert tech channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Threads) are trusted by over 5 million subscribers, reaching 30 million views per month. Help us educate and entertain a global audience through high-quality, engaging video content.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-CTR thumbnails for 3 - 5 videos per week within 24 hours of assignment (Monday - Friday).
• Must be proficient in English (written & spoken)
• Must be proficient in Photoshop and have prior experience designing high-CTR thumbnails for YouTube channels.
• Communicate proactively and accept feedback to refine designs when needed.
• Analyze video content and similar thumbnails in our niche to create designs that stand out in search results and recommended feeds.
• Understand audience psychology to craft visuals and concise, high-impact copy that drives curiosity and engagement without being clickbait
• Work with minimal supervision–you will have significant creative input and work to drive up CTR of each video. While you’ll follow brand guidelines, you'll also have the freedom to test variations that could improve CTR.
