Job Requirements Include: Help Desk tech support, ability to troubleshoot, Good Communication (verbal and writing), Support both Windows and Apple desktop/laptops, Manage backups, Office 365 and Google Apps management and support, Ubiquiti networking knowledge, ability to setup switches/routers/wireless access points, an understanding of networking, a good understanding of PC trouble shooting, VOIP Phone systems support and management, basic software troubleshooting, knowledge of network printers & scanners, file servers, basic cloud knowledge, MS Office suite, a basic understanding of e-mail administration, knowledge of NAS setups, possesses basic audio/video knowledge. picture/video Editing knowledge for social media, basic knowledge of smart homes/devices. data entry work, tech research work, understating of how to read Low Voltage Electrical plans, data management. Looking to bring someone onboard long term and teach them areas above, to manage company Helpdesk Virtually.
