JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant (VA) to support HealthspanMD’s Marketing Director in executing key marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is tech-savvy, and has a strong grasp of digital marketing, CRM management, and social media channels such as facebook, instagram, youtube and linked in. ????Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Posting Faciliation
- Organize creation of Social media assets using trello
- Get media release contracts for testimonials

Social Media Management
- Schedule and manage posts across multiple social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster community interaction.
- Set up automatic reply systems using CRM tools.
- Monitor social media performance and provide analytics reports.

CRM and Lead Management
- Maintain and update CRM system (Go High Level) with accurate lead data.
- Track lead progression and ensure proper follow-up sequences.
- Assist in creating and optimizing lead funnels.


Email
Campaigns and Automation (within CRM)
- Set up and manage automated email sequences and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance for optimization.

Data Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare marketing and lead performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support marketing-related data analysis tasks.


???? What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Go High Level preferred) for managing leads and workflows.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (GHL, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) for content generation.

- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Always reading instructions thoroughly.

- Tech-Savvy & AI-Literate: Comfortable with automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions. When unclear on how to do something, you are comfortable reaching out to your supervisor. Providing daily feedback and updates on what you have been working on.
- Growth-Oriented & Curious: Passionate about learning and staying updated on the latest in digital marketing and longevity healthcare.

???? Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of the healthcare or longevity-focused industry.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of SEO and copywriting principles.

???? Work Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time or Full-time, depending on availability and workload. From 30-45 hours per week.
- Flexible hours, but must be able to meet deadlines and respond promptly.
- Time zone overlap: Preferably some overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
- Compensation: Around $700 per month, with opportunity to increase with performance.
