We are seeking for a skilled Healthcare Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Operations) to support our client by managing tasks in marketing, sales, operations, and patient coordination. This role plays a key part in improving clinic efficiency and driving business growth.

Our client is a leading ketamine and pain clinic dedicated to providing innovative treatments for mental health and chronic pain. Their mission is to deliver outstanding patient care while optimizing operations and strengthening community engagement.

We need a proactive and adaptable individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year experienced as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is a must (eg. Physiotherapy, Dental clinics, Osteopathy, Chiropractic's, Naturopathy, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (healthcare/wellness preferred)
Background in sales, lead tracking, or conversion strategies
Proficiency in CRM systems, social media tools, email marketing platforms, and EMR/EHR systems
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA/PIPEDA compliance)
A fast learner who can adapt to various tasks and support different areas of the clinic
Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multitask.
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities:

**Marketing & Sales:

> Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates
> Optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
> Track marketing performance metrics and lead conversions
> Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns

**Operations & Administration:

> Assist with website maintenance and clinic performance tracking
> Manage and optimize Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) for patient workflow and efficiency
> Document SOPs for patient coordination, scheduling, and intake processes
> Provide general administrative support to the clinic director and physicians

**Patient Coordination & Engagement:

> Professionally and compassionately engage with patients via phone and email
> Track patient inquiries, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR systems
> Ensure seamless coordination between patients and clinic services
