Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressive Lead Generation: Source leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, and referrals.
• High-Volume Calling/Texting/Emailing: Make between
• Candidate Qualification: Qualify clinicians and other healthcare professionals based on specific criteria to ensure a perfect match.
• Live Lead Passing: Pass live leads to recruiters for further engagement and placement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions in the CRM system. Ensure your candidates have been followed up with and continuously engage with pools of candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand current staffing needs and priorities.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare sourcing.
Qualifications:
• Sourcing Experience: At least 3 years of sourcing experience in the healthcare industry.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with 3-5 years of sales experience.
• VMS/MSP Experience: Previous experience identifying talent for VMS or MSP preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and persuade potential candidates.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a high volume of calls and leads.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
• Motivation: High level of motivation and a strong work ethic to achieve daily targets.
