Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting with healthcare professionals. This role involves both recruiting and sales functions, requiring strong communication, marketing, organizational, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
- Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, allied health workers, etc.) through online platforms, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of healthcare professionals for future opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and assist with offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or healthcare recruitment and staffing required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, ATS, and other recruitment/sales software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles and industry trends is a plus.
