Health coach for accountability checks

I am looking to hire a health coach for my part time Obesity medicine practice .
- You ABSOLUTELY NEED to have medical background. preferably in Nutrition or Nursing.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN US HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS MANDATORY.
- WILL CHECK US EMPLOYER REFERENCES BY SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO THEM.
- Timings negotiable for morning but need coverage for after noon as well 20-35 hours/week

Job responsibilities include:

--Doing phone accountability checks as scheduled for patients with their lifestyle changes as prescribed by the physician with regard to nutrition, physical activity and mindset. You would be provided proper training on how to conduct these phone visits. You should have a good English speaking skills and be a patient and empathetic listener without interrupting.

- Help with admin tasks as needed, but that is not the main responsibility for this job.
