Health Insurance Billing/Claims Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish)

Big Outsource is seeking two highly skilled Health Insurance Billing/Claims Specialists to join our
team. Both positions require fluency in Spanish and expertise in healthcare billing. Candidates
can work onsite or remotely, depending on their preference and availability.
Health Insurance Billing/Claims Specialist

• Requirements:

o Proficient in using Eclinical Works (ECW) software.
o Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
o Open to both male and female candidates.
o Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical billing.
o At least 3 years of experience in pediatric billing.
o Strong knowledge of CPT codes for ages 1–21 and vaccine codes.
o Proficient in using Eclinical Works (ECW) software.

General Responsibilities:

• Process health insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with billing and coding standards, including familiarity with CPT and
vaccine codes.
• Utilize ECW (Eclinical Works) software for patient records and billing tasks.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
