The Role
As the Head of Support, you will be the backbone of our trader support system, ensuring that our community receives top-tier assistance and engagement. This is not just a support role—it’s an opportunity to shape how we interact with and empower traders at every level. You will oversee all support channels, provide real-time assistance, and actively engage with our traders on Upgrade to see actual info and our website.

Beyond day-to-day support, you will play a key role in educating and informing our community. You will be responsible for hosting a weekly webinar, covering trading strategies, market insights, and firm updates. Additionally, you will lead daily Upgrade to see actual info announcements, keeping our traders informed about promotions, market activity, and key updates from Hera Trading Capital.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all support inquiries via Upgrade to see actual info and our website.
Provide knowledgeable and trader-focused support, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
Host a weekly webinar, covering trading strategies, market insights, and firm updates.
Make daily announcements on Upgrade to see actual info, keeping traders updated on promotions, market trends, and prop firm news.
Work closely with our team to identify areas of improvement in our trader experience and implement solutions.
Maintain a strong community presence, engaging with traders and ensuring they feel supported.
Who You Are
Experienced in trading, with a strong understanding of financial markets.
Preferably experienced in prop firms, understanding the trader’s journey and the challenges they face.
A strong communicator, capable of hosting engaging webinars and discussions.
Confident and proactive, always looking for ways to improve trader support and engagement.
Tech-savvy, comfortable managing support channels on Upgrade to see actual info and website chat systems.
Passionate about building a thriving community and ensuring traders feel valued and supported.
PLEASE NOTE: The role may require working from 9am UK time, this would therefore mean it would be a night time shift for the employee
