What You’ll Be Doing
???? Drive Sales Success – Manage inbound and outbound sales, deliver powerful sales presentations, understand client needs, prepare proposals, and close deals.
???? Upsell & Retain Clients – Grow revenue through retention strategies, upselling, and account management.
???? Lead & Inspire – Coach, train, and motivate a high-performing sales and account management team.
???? Strategize & Optimize – Oversee scheduling, campaigns, CRM, call center software, and other business tools.
???? Be Hands-On – Jump on sales calls when needed to drive results and inspire your team.
???? Accounts Receivable – Ensure timely payment collections while maintaining positive client relationships.

? Self-motivated & results-driven – You thrive in fast-paced sales environments.
? Sales expert – Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
? Tech-savvy – Experience with Zoho CRM and other sales tools.
? Natural leader – You can motivate, train, and grow a successful team.
? Positive & energetic – A go-getter attitude with a hunger for success.
? Experience with the Australian & New Zealand market is a BIG plus!
