JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations & Systems to drive operational excellence, optimize business processes, and ensure alignment with the overall vision & strategy. The ideal candidate is a process-driven leader who will oversee the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within the company. This person will ensure that systems, processes, and teams are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and high performance. The candidate will facilitate strategic planning sessions, run Level 10 meetings, and implement operational improvements to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quarterly and annual strategy sessions, ensuring company-wide alignment on goals, priorities, and core values.
* Translate the vision into clear objectives, quarterly goals, and KPIs for each department.
* Run weekly Level 10 meetings across leadership and core teams to maintain accountability, solve key business challenges, and drive execution.
* Ensure all teams are aligned with quarterly priorities and long-term vision.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department.
* Implement real-time reporting dashboards for leadership to monitor business health and performance.
* Ensure all key business processes are documented, optimized, and standardized across the company.
* Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and system improvements to enhance productivity.
* Work with leadership to ensure the right people are in the right seats, optimizing team structure for scalability.
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to create a high-performing team.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, tech, and operations, removing bottlenecks and improving execution.
* Develop and refine scalable operational frameworks to support the company’s expansion.
* Implement best practices for managing a digital-first, globally distributed workforce.
* Optimize the use of Asana, Slack, GHL, and automation tools for smooth operations and communication.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Proven track record of scaling business operations from 7 to 8 figures in a digital-first, remote company.
* Deep understanding of EOS principles, including Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), Level 10 meetings, and traction principles to drive execution and accountability.
* Experience in defining, tracking, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business health and progress.
* Exceptional leadership, process optimization, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in overseeing business systems, workflows, and operational frameworks to support company growth and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:
* Background in health & wellness, online education, or community-driven businesses is a plus.
* Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budget management to optimize operational costs.
* Prior experience in fast-growing digital businesses and handling rapid scaling challenges.
