As our Head of Operations / Integrator, you will be the right-hand strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring the vision of the business is executed with precision. Your mission is to drive alignment, execution, and accountability across all departments, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for both hands-on execution and strategic resource allocation. Since we do not yet have a full leadership structure in place, you must solve challenges directly or source the right talent to execute effectively. It’s on you to determine what additional resources—whether systems, people, or processes—are needed to achieve company goals. This role requires a high level of ownership and heavy lifting, as you will play a critical role in building the operational foundation that will drive our growth.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri) working US EST business hours.
The compensation is Php 150,000 - Php 220,000 per month, depending on experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven leader who takes FULL ownership of outcomes, helping free the CEO to focus on vision and growth. A resourceful, proactive, and intelligent leader who is an execution master where no task is too small, while constantly improving the job itself.

Your most important asset is a no-excuses attitude towards completing projects effectively and efficiently, combined with a passion for personal growth and optimizing business operations. Your ability to research answers, solve problems, and add value proactively will make you an ideal candidate.
