Job Description: E-Commerce Virtual Assistant for Women’s Gadget Brand – Building an Empire Together
Overview
We are determined to establish one of the largest women’s gadget brands in the USA. To achieve this goal, we are seeking experienced, results-driven Virtual Assistants (VAs) to join our team, contribute to scaling efforts, and lead efficiently. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and expertise in e-commerce.
This position begins with an intensive evaluation process, followed by defined weekly tasks aimed at optimizing and scaling our operations.
Evaluation Process & Timeline
Week of January 8th - 15th (Evaluation Week)
This week is dedicated to evaluating three VAs to select the most efficient and results-driven candidate(s) for the role.
Day 1 (January 8th):
Introduction to the team, tools, and objectives.
Provide guidance on e-commerce workflows and expectations.
Day 2-3 (January 9th-10th):
Product Research, Import, and Optimization:
Research trending, viral, and seasonal products.
Import products into the store and optimize titles, descriptions, and images to maximize engagement and conversions.
Day 4-5 (January 11th-12th):
Content Creation and Competitor Analysis:
Create engaging video and ad content using CapCut Commerce Pro, VideoLeap, Canva, and Photoshop.
Study viral and duplicated ad trends for similar products.
Draft reports on viral campaigns, including competitor analysis.
Day 6 (January 13th):
Campaign Setup & Final Review:
Prepare ad campaigns on TikTok,
Submit a detailed report covering:
Products imported and optimized.
Ads created and campaigns set up.
Viral ad analyses and competitor findings.
Strategy for executing Week 1’s Infrastructure Setup as the potential head VA strategist.

Week of January 15th - 18th (Campaign Testing Week)
**Selected VA(s) will execute ad campaigns based on their strategy and expand responsibilities to influencer collaboration:**
Ad Campaign Monitoring:
Launch ads and monitor performance daily on TikTok,
Optimize and refine campaigns in real time based on analytics.
Influencer Outreach & ROI Measurement:
Contact influencers on TikTok and Instagram via influencer platforms.
Provide influencers with content and send out products.
Negotiate partnerships and assess potential ROI.
Measure effectiveness of collaborations through detailed reporting.
Mid-Week Reviews:
Evaluate ad and influencer campaign performance.
If campaigns do not show positive results, candidates may be removed from further consideration.
Week of January 22nd - 26th (Training & Team Management Week)
Test your ability to recruit and train additional VAs.
Demonstrate efficiency in compartmentalizing tasks:
Delegating product research, optimization, influencer management, and campaign monitoring to new hires.
Evaluate and report progress for each VA under your supervision.
At the end of this week:
The most efficient VA leader (with strong team results) will move forward with their recruited team.
Other evaluated VAs may be hired into available roles.
Responsibilities Beyond Initial Evaluation
Week 1: January 29th - February 2nd
Complete infrastructure setup:
Optimize the website for SEO, speed,
Finalize system setup for bulk marketing campaigns and strategies.
Ensure backup accounts, tracking pixels, and seasonal product objectives are in place.
*importing & creating content for seasonal campaigns with Valentines Day being the primary focus for head VA and it's recruited VA
Week 2: February 5th - 9th
Implement defined product research and optimization strategies in bulk.
Collaborate with influencers and produce ad creatives across platforms.

Week 3: February 12th - 16th
Launch ad campaigns using advanced automation tools.
Scale successful campaigns and identify winning products for long-term growth.
Begin onboarding and training VAs for newly optimized processes.
Week 4: February 19th - 23rd
Evaluate and refine systems while preparing for scaling to $500,000+ monthly revenue.
Compensation
Evaluation Week: $5/hour for 6 hours/day.
Campaign Week Onward: Starting at $6/hour, with increases based on results and efficiency.
Commission Opportunities: Negotiable for significant store growth and additional stores launched.
Ideal Candidate
E-Commerce Expertise: Experienced with Shopify, TikTok Shop,
Tools Mastery: Skilled in CapCut Commerce Pro, VideoLeap, Canva, The Optimizer, ArbiDash, and Voluum.
Creative & Analytical: Capable of optimizing products, running data-driven campaigns, and managing influencer collaborations.
Leader & Team Player: Ready to train and manage a team efficiently.
