HVAC Estimator/Fire Sprinkler Estimator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator/Fire Sprinkler Estimator with at least 4 years of experience in estimating HVAC systems and Fire Sprinkler for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in analyzing construction documents, creating detailed estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost projections.

Responsibilities:
-Review and interpret HVAC system designs and project specifications
-Prepare detailed cost estimates using provided tools and software
-Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to determine project scope
-Use AutoSprink,Procore, Plan Swift, and Excel to manage estimation processes
-Communicate with project teams to ensure smooth estimation workflows
-Provide value engineering and cost-saving suggestions where applicable

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC estimation
-Proficient in using AutoSprink ,Excel, Procore, Plan Swift, and other relevant software tools
-Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry best practices
-Exceptional analytical and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:
-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes
-Experience working with different project types (residential, commercial, industrial)

Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9pm-5am PH Time)
-Work from home
