Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for both in-person and remote roles, including technical, creative, and operational positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process:
Write compelling job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
Post jobs on relevant platforms and manage inbound applications using BambooHR.
Create and update
Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with department goals.
2. Onboarding and Integration
Design and manage hybrid onboarding programs:
Use
Ensure all onboarding documents are completed in BambooHR.
Schedule virtual and in-person orientations to familiarize new hires with company culture, tools, and teams.
Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure remote and in-office employees receive necessary tools, equipment, and access.
3. HR Operations and Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

4. Employee Engagement and Retention
Design and implement engagement programs to support hybrid team collaboration:

5. Performance Management and Development
Support managers in setting employee goals and tracking performance using

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related roles.
Proven success in managing HR processes for hybrid teams (remote and in-person).
Hands-on experience with
Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
Certifications in HR technology or workforce analytics are a plus.
