Job Title: Multilingual HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Provide HR support to employees in multiple languages
Requirements:
Fluency in English and at least two other languages (English, Spanish, Karen, other east Asian Languages)
2+ years of HR experience, including onboarding and payroll
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with HR software and payroll systems
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
