About us
Kentaurus Capital is an investment company focused on multi-family real estate properties. With an investor base of over 50 investors, Kentaurus Capital affiliated investment partnerships have acquired 40 properties since 2005 and currently manages assets worth over $100M. Its property management company EIG Property Management manages over 1,300 rental units in Minnesota.

We are looking for an experienced human resources and business operations professional to perform a variety of duties. This role manages one direct report and is the primary person responsible for several business functions.
Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

Talent Acquisition: Manage talent acquisition process, job postings, candidate interview scheduling & communications, onboarding and offboarding procedures/checklist, training coordination, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Lead Human Resource Essential Functions (e.g., unemployment, corrective actions): Support HR processes including unemployment claims processing, documentation preparation, compliance monitoring, and assisting with employee relations activities.

Lead Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating training, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Train Staff on Business Operations: Design, conduct, and document training sessions for staff on various company processes, systems, and best practices, fostering continuous professional development.

Coordinate Staff Performance Reviews: Plan and coordinate our staff performance review process. Generate review templates. Communicate with staff and supervisors on the process and track progress.

Administrative Management

Insurance Administration: Manage insurance-related documentation, policy renewals, claims submissions, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements, assisting staff/brokers with queries and updates.

Develop SOPs for Business Processes and Procedures: Create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, efficiency, and compliance throughout the organization.

Prepare, Maintain, and Monitor Checklists: Develop and manage operational and procedural checklists, ensuring tasks are systematically tracked and completed accurately.

Maintain Directory, Org Chart, and Organizational Tools: Regularly update company directory, organizational charts, and internal databases and ensure accuracy.

Maintain Google Drive Filing System: Organize, manage, and regularly update Google Drive folders and documents, ensuring structured, secure, and in accordance with our standards.

Prepare Contracts: Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Prepare Investor Documentation: Compile, draft, and distribute investor communications, presentations, reports, and other required materials to support financial transparency and investor relations.

Investor Relations: Act as Point of Contact for Investor

Technology Administration

Administer Ring Central: Manage company-wide Ring Central accounts, ensuring efficient communication workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, configuring settings, managing user permissions, and training staff on best practices.
Administer Time Doctor: Oversee the utilization and maintenance of Time Doctor, managing user setup, compliance monitoring, report generation, troubleshooting, and ongoing staff training.

Administer Harvest: Maintain Harvest accounts for time-tracking and project management, including account creation, configuration, report generation, troubleshooting, and training users on best practices and policies.

Gather Information and Evaluate New Processes, Technologies, Systems: Research, analyze, and evaluate potential new technologies, systems, or processes that could improve operational efficiency or productivity, presenting findings and recommendations.


Skills
Proven HR and Administrative Experience - Demonstrated expertise in administrative support roles, including handling sensitive information, managing multiple software platforms, and overseeing company operations tools.

Technical Proficiency - Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive), Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with data management systems. Comfortable administering platforms such as RingCentral, Time Doctor, and Harvest

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Problem-Solving and Adaptability - Proactive in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems efficiently and effectively, especially in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
