JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Cebu, Philippines

JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist will manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This remote role requires collaboration with on-site and remote teams to support workforce needs and ensure adherence to HR policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Coordinate training and development programs in partnership with the training team.
• Develop and implement wellness initiatives tailored to employee needs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and remote collaboration tools.
