Job Post: HR Specialist - Medical Setting [YA-JMHCSI]
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM PST
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist with a strong background in Home Health and Hospice HR. This full-time role involves managing HR tasks, staff recruitment, payroll, and ensuring compliance with all HR requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a proactive problem-solver, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Scope of Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling & Reminders: Organize and manage meetings, interviews, and reminders efficiently.
- Document Preparation & Organization: Create and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
- HR File Completion: Ensure home health nurses’ HR files are complete, updated, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Staff Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist in US healthcare.
- Home Health/Hospice HR expertise is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in payroll processing, taxes, and employee benefits administration.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and managing tax-related filings.
- Experience with various messaging and CRM tools such as Slack, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Skype is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF tools, and DSL systems.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Basic Requirements
- Fluent in English, with excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Relevant HR work experience in the healthcare or medical field, specifically in home health or hospice settings.
- Ability to provide an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
- Availability for video meetings with the camera on.
- Commitment to working exclusively for this role during required hours.
