As our company expands, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our workforce, handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment. Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You’ll be responsible for maintaining HR processes, assisting in employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
- Organize and participate in employee development programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, HR software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote HR processes and tools.
- Certification in HR is a plus.
- Prior experience in the construction, utility, or telecommunication industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
- Experience with employee engagement and retention programs.
