As our projects expand, we’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to help us find and nurture the best talent in both creative and administrative capacities.
Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Rockstar to handle everything from sourcing top-notch creatives and full-time employees to developing and refining our HR processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and ensuring we have the right people in place to bring unforgettable entertainment experiences to life. Soft Skills
- Fast Learner – Eager to pick up new tools (e.g., Odoo, talent management platforms) and adapt quickly.
- Self-Starter – Able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a remote environment.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate documentation and meticulous data entry.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong interpersonal abilities for managing interviews and executive relationships across different cultures.
Basic Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Capable of basic record-keeping and data management.
- Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Google Meet, etc.) and basic online collaboration platforms.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- At least 2+ years of HR/Recruitment Experience – Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Applicant Tracking Systems – Experience using HR/recruitment software for sourcing and tracking candidates.
- Interview & Assessment – Skilled in conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
Desired Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience with International Hiring – Familiarity with recruiting talent beyond the Philippines.
- Exposure to Entertainment or Creative Industries – A plus if you’ve recruited for events, media, or creative / performer roles.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Post job ads on various platforms, shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds with department leads.
- HR Administration: Prepare contracts, NDAs, and manage onboarding processes. Maintain compliance with local labor laws (time-off, benefits, etc.).
- Platform Setup & Coordination: Learn and configure Odoo for recruitment and employee management.
- Collaborate with the CEO to implement a performer-focused talent management platform.
- Database Building: Import existing candidate data into new systems, keep records updated, and ensure a streamlined hiring pipeline.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly recruitment updates, track hiring metrics, and recommend improvements in hiring strategies.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, executives, and external partners to align recruitment goals with company needs.
Samples of the Type of Work You’ll Handle:
- Drafting job posts (e.g., Social Media Manager, Video Editor, Performers).
- Setting up HR workflows in Odoo (e.g. for tracking time off, invoices, contracts).
- Coordinating interviews for event-based hires (e.g., stage crew, project coordinators).
- Organizing performer profiles in a separate talent management software.
