Location: Remote (Must be available to work EST hours)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with Time Tracker
Compensation: Based on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter with experience in home care caregiver recruitment to join our team. This role
requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can handle the full recruitment cycle,
maintain compliance, and ensure that our caregivers are fully onboarded and ready to provide quality care.
Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage job ads
• Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications
• Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding

Onboarding & Training:
• Ensure caregivers complete all required paperwork and compliance documents
• Assist with scheduling new hires for training and orientation
• Track and follow up on training completions

Employee Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain and update caregiver files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Monitor caregiver certifications and credentials, sending renewal reminders as needed
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

HR Support & Scheduling:
• Utilize AxisCare for scheduling, employee records, and client tracking (preferred but not required)
• Collaborate with the HR team and care coordinators to fulfill staffing needs

Requirements:
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in recruiting caregivers for a home care agency
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in maintaining employee records and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with AxisCare for scheduling and HR functions (preferred)
- Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) in EST time zone
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
