We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join Enabled Talent, a startup focused on connecting talented individuals with disabilities to meaningful job opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding candidates with disabilities from various platforms and networks while also fulfilling company hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit skilled candidates with disabilities from multiple resources.
• Build relationships with organizations, job boards, and networks focused on disability employment.
• Match qualified candidates with company job openings and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage recruitment pipelines with minimal supervision and ensure timely placements.
Requirements:
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Passion for inclusive hiring and knowledge of accessible employment strategies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
