About the Company:
A U.S.-based healthcare outsourcing startup is launching a new HIPAA-compliant offshore facility in Bacolod City. We specialize in building and managing fully staffed, in-office support teams for U.S. healthcare providers. We’re now hiring an experienced HR & Operations Manager to help set up our local office and manage the team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scout and evaluate office space (30–50 seats) and assist in lease setup
• Coordinate facility setup: internet, workstations, utilities, supplies
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee tea
• Manage HR functions: attendance, shifts, onboarding, culture-building
• Serve as primary liaison between local team and U.S. leadership
• Help establish internal systems and maintain a productive work environment

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of HR, administrative, or operations management experience (BPO preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — must be confident speaking with U.S.-based team
• Reliable, organized, and excellent with follow-through
• Experience with team hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Based in Bacolod or able to work onsite full-time
Compensation & Benefits:
• ?40,000–?55,000/month depending on experience
