Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and direct our HR department's day-to-day operations. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with organizational goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication within the organization.
Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance review systems and processes.
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and improvement plans.
Monitor organizational performance trends and recommend improvements.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Manage payroll processing, benefits programs, and compliance with compensation regulations.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay structures.
Oversee enrollment and communication for employee benefits plans.
5. Training and Development:
Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Facilitate leadership development initiatives to prepare future organizational leaders.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
6. Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
7. Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, typically 5+ years.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position in remote work from home mode.
