Job Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations at Nova Underground LLC. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and driving employee engagement. You will ensure the company complies with all labor regulations while fostering a culture of teamwork and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new hires.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of staff.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
Organize and conduct employee training and development programs.
Manage disciplinary processes and termination procedures when necessary.
Promote and nurture a positive working environment that aligns with Nova Underground LLC's core values.
Handle HR reporting, including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role (3+ years preferred).
Comprehensive understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with HR software (such as BambooHR, Gusto, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
