This is a fully remote role! (equipment not provided)
Responsibilities include:
Onboarding/Offboarding:
Assisting the HR team with tasks related to acquiring and onboarding new talent.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Supporting the HR team in all aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
Performance Management:
Assisting in implementing performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and identify growth opportunities.
Assisting with employee communications and addressing performance issues as required.
Timekeeping and Payroll:
Managing time and attendance records, reviewing timecards, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Managing PTO requests.
Employee Checkin:
Coordinating a monthly one on one check in with employees to make sure they are supported.
Collaborate with the HR and Operations team with issues that may arise during check-ins.
Record Keeping
Maintaining accurate employee records, retrieving and analyzing HR data as needed, and supporting compliance efforts.
Keeping accurate records of changes in employee's file such as status, salary increase, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO company.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A self starter and problem solver.
- Willing to work full time 40 hours a week following US timezone
