Work Hours and Schedule for PH: Night Shift 9:00PM to 6:00am PH (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST - Monday to Friday)
Work Schedule for US: Mon-Fri
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Rate: Negotiable base on experience

Description/Information:
The HR Support role is pivotal in executing essential HR administrative and operational tasks to ensure effective workforce management. This role supports HR leadership by focusing on coordination, documentation, and compliance, contributing to strategic initiatives and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in the improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compile HR reports and summaries for leadership review.
• Support the coordination and execution of employee engagement programs.
• Provide administrative support for training & learning development, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
• Track and schedule probationary reviews for Production Managers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback.
Qualification:
• Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written)
• 1+ Years of HR or admin experience
•Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Indeed
• Proficient in sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
