We’re Hiring an HR Professional for a Growing Digital Marketing Agency!

Digital Hope Agency is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as an HR professional. This role offers the perfect opportunity to grow with us while making a meaningful impact on our team and processes!

Job
Details:
We are seeking an HR professional to manage administrative and human resource-related tasks, streamline operations, and help foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
-Payroll Management: Handle simple payroll calculations and ensure timely distribution.
-Employee Coordination: Work with the project manager to manage leave approvals and employee requests.
-Attendance Tracking: Monitor employee clock-ins and clock-outs using ClickUp.
-Progress Monitoring: Oversee employee progress and efficiency using Hubstaff and ClickUp, ensuring productivity and accountability.
-Hiring Process: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with the project manager.
-Employee Handbook: Assist in the creation and updates of the employee handbook.
-Administrative Tasks: Perform simple admin tasks as needed to support the team and CEO.

Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in HR
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Tech-savvy with experience or willingness to learn tools like ClickUp and Hubstaff
-A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection
-Eagerness to grow in HR and administrative roles

-Have experience working as a VA

-Base Pay: $480

-Flexible Schedule: Typically 2 PM to 10 PM PH time, Monday to Friday, but we can adjust based on availability.
