What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to introduce our services

Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team

Handle objections and answer questions with professionalism

Keep accurate records of interactions in our CRM system

Meet and exceed daily call and lead generation targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (home improvement or construction experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook

Basic experience with CRM systems is a plus
