JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a very solid experience, highly skilled HR & Personal Assistant who is fast, efficient, and proactive.

This role also involves assisting the CEO with other tasks as a personal assistant, such as bookkeeping, data entry Excel sheets, appointment scheduling, or finding the right service providers on the day for the business needs. So you must be highly organized, resourceful, and able to solve problems and find the right talent to work with quickly.

Start Date: 7th April 2025
Working Hours: 44 per week

Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (AUSTRALIAN Time)
Saturday: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $8 AUD/hr (Promotions available)
Key Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment – Finding, screening, and hiring top-tier freelancers for various tasks
Personal Assistant – Assisting the CEO with bookkeeping, P&Ls, scheduling, admin work, and problem-solving
Other Tasks – Canva basics, managing communications, ensuring tasks are completed on time
